Bob and Julie Cowell Scholarship

The intent of this scholarship is to award a student who is or was a foster youth, in achieving their educational goals. Preference to someone under age 30. CRITERIA: Must be a Tuolumne or Calaveras resident; must have been enrolled during the previous term; must be enrolled during the current term; GPA 2.0; must have spent time in foster care.
