Betty Cardoza Memorial Scholarship

Preference given to: Native American, 30+ years old, re-entry, work experience, personally experience with addiction/recovery. This scholarship is in honor of Betty Cardoza who was a substance abuse counselor for local tribes and very involved in this community.
