Established to honor Neil E. Power by providing financial support for a top student in Forestry and Natural Resources. CRITERIA: GPA of 2.5 (3.0 preferred.) Major: Forestry and Natural Resources, Financial need considered. Resident of Calaveras or Tuolumne County. Currently enrolled in at least 6 units.
